About KE Fibertec
KE Fibertec AS, based in Vejen, Denmark, develops and produces textile-based ventilation systems (TBV) as an alternative to steel ducts. Air distribution is achieved via woven textile ducts (ventilation hoses), which ensure uniform, draught-free airflow without condensation problems. The GreenWeave and MultiWeave fabrics made of flame-retardant polyester are produced at the company's own weaving site in Vejen, from yarn spinning to finished fabric; the materials weigh 260–330 g/m². The systems are designed project-specifically and are suitable for comfort, industrial and process ventilation as well as hygiene-critical areas of the food industry. Through subsidiaries in Germany (Barsinghausen), the Netherlands (Strijen), the UK, the USA, Norway and Australia, as well as a worldwide partner network, project planning, installation, washing and maintenance services are offered. The company is ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001 certified and, as the first TBV manufacturer, offers complete EPD documentation as well as Cradle-to-Cradle-certified materials for DGNB, LEED and BREEAM projects.
