High-performance injection moulds with proprietary hot runner technology for medical, pharmaceutical, packaging and cosmetic applications.
KEBO AG – Injection Mould Technology
Neuhausen am Rheinfall (CH)New on Amplifa
About KEBO AG
At its site in Neuhausen am Rheinfall, KEBO AG develops and manufactures high-performance injection moulds with high cavity counts for the shortest cycle times. The second-generation family company covers the entire value chain in-house: from feasibility studies and mould design (Siemens NX, Teamcenter PLM) and thermal and rheological simulations through to mould making with robot-assisted production. Since 1980, the company has developed its own hot runner systems (EcoTip, MultiTip, MultiValve, star nozzle), which are installed in the moulds as standard. In the company's own technical centre with injection moulding machines from 100 to 240 t clamping force, mould tests, process validation (FAT/SAT, DOE) and documentation are carried out. Customers come from medical technology, pharmaceuticals and laboratory, thin-wall packaging/IML and cosmetics; the moulds are delivered to Europe, America and Asia. Four in-house pilot moulds for pilot inserts and material tests reduce lead times and validation effort.

Materials and Processes
Polycarbonate
Can be processed in the EcoTip and star nozzle hot runner systems for demanding surfaces.
Polyoxymethylene
Broadly applicable in the in-house developed full hot runner systems.
Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene
For high cavity counts and production steps requiring no post-processing.
Polyamide
Can be processed thanks to the thermally stable hot runner systems.
Polymethyl methacrylate
Used for applications with high surface requirements.
Polybutylene terephthalate
Can be processed in the modularly equipped hot runner systems.
