About KEC Motors
KEC GmbH Fahrzeugausrüstungen (KEC Motors), based in Mengerskirchen, develops and builds variable, modular furniture systems for campervans as well as equipment and accessories for long-distance motorcycles. The conversion programme includes various models (including Mountaineer Expedition 680/600/600S, Grand Expedition, New Adventure, Adventure and Basecamper) based on the VW T5/T6.1, VW Crafter, VW New Transporter, MAN TGE, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and Ford Transit Custom. The core of the concept is a trail-proof furniture conversion that can be installed and removed in 30 minutes and combines maximum flexibility with high practical value. The conversions are regularly put to the test on the company's own long-distance trips, including to Morocco, Iceland and Corsica. In addition to vehicle conversions, the company distributes long-travel accessories for motorcycles; the website is available in German and English.
