We are Keiels
Keiels Formenbau GmbH is a specialist in the manufacture of tools for processing particle foams such as EPP, EPS, EPE, ETPU and CoPo. Founded in 1990 by Peter Keiels and now run by the second generation, this family-owned company produces moulds for all machine types as well as interchangeable cores for load carriers. The value chain covers design (CAD/CAM), CNC machining of aluminium and assembly under one roof. The machine park comprises 14 machining centres (3-axis), one 5-axis machining centre and 10 CAD/CAM workstations. After more than 35 years and over 5,000 projects with more than two million kilograms of processed aluminium, the company supplies the particle foam processing industry and the load carrier/packaging industry with a staff of 15. The site is located in Attenhausen in Rhineland-Palatinate.
