About KeiKo-Anlagentechnik GmbH

KeiKo-Anlagentechnik GmbH is a plant engineering company founded in 2011 in Herzebrock-Clarholz that focuses primarily on plant construction in stainless steel and plastics. The company manufactures complete systems and skids – including CIP cleaning systems, evaporation and extraction systems, valve blocks, valve assemblies, dosing stations, nitrogen systems and custom special systems – as well as welded assemblies and individual components. The value chain ranges from cutting, frame and structure construction and piping construction with pipe diameters from Ø6 to Ø300 mm at surface finishes below 0.3 µm, surface treatment (polishing, pickling and passivation, electropolishing, glass bead blasting) to country-specific cabling and hose routing including integration into the control system, as well as final inspection with simulation and customer acceptance. The core process is welding technology, in particular orbital welding and TIG welding with certified welders and inspectors. Customers include the food, beverage, pharmaceutical as well as chemical and petrochemical industries. On request, on-site adaptation and fabrication of pipework is carried out directly at the customer's premises.
