Sheet Metal Processing in the Fourth Generation
Keller Blechtechnik GmbH in Endingen am Kaiserstuhl is a fourth-generation family-owned company that manufactures sheet metal and tube components as well as complete assemblies for customers from the automotive, mechanical engineering, medical, agricultural, solar and pharmaceutical technology sectors. The service portfolio includes product development with 2D/3D CAD and rapid prototyping, sheet metal and tube laser cutting (up to 25 mm and 170 mm circumscribed circle respectively), CNC punching, folding up to 4000 mm length with approximately 230 t of press force, laser welding, robotic welding and mechanical machining. The value chain is complemented by surface treatment such as deburring, grinding, glass bead blasting, trowalizing and in-house powder coating (parts up to 4000 mm, 1000 kg), laser engraving, assembly and order picking as well as logistics with its own vehicle fleet. Materials processed include steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass, other non-ferrous metals, plastics and glass. Founded in 1901 as a farrier's shop and based in the Endingen industrial estate since 1973, the company has been manufacturing at the new building at Elsässer Straße 41 since 2022. Certifications such as ISO 9001:2015, certified specialist company under § 19 I WHG, DIN 18800-7 Class C and EN 1090-2 attest to its quality standards.
