KELLER-EGGER is a manufacturer of pepper, salt and spice mills based in Lichtenfels, featuring its own LIDREWA grinding mechanism. The range also includes cutting and serving boards made of beech heartwood as well as kitchen accessories made of acrylic and stainless steel. The wooden parts are turned or milled from FSC-certified beechwood, finely sanded and finished by hand with food-grade approved lacquers and oils; assembly is likewise done by hand. The grinding mechanisms are milled and hardened from tempered steel or made from special ceramics; the knob and grinding shaft are made of stainless steel.
