About KELLNER Siebtechnik
KELLNER Siebtechnik GmbH was founded in 2017 in Ebersbach an der Fils, where it develops and manufactures its own range of screening machines: vibratory gyratory screeners of the VS series (600-2000 mm screen diameter), gyratory sifters of the TS series (600-2600 mm), vibratory gyratory screeners of the VD series for protective screening, vibration screening machines with hinged lid, tube conveyors of the RF series, and the mobile screening machine MVS1000 for outdoor use. All machines are based on a modular construction system and are customized as series machines to customer requirements - including special inlets and outlets, nozzles and special base frames. In addition to new machines, the company offers manufacturer-independent spare parts and accessories (including for Allgaier and GKM), machine service and maintenance, a screen re-tensioning service for re-fitting screen frames up to 2,600 mm frame format, a technical laboratory for test screenings, and the sale of used screening machines. Fields of application are dry and wet screening, protective and control screening, dedusting and dewatering with throughputs of 1 to 50,000 kg/h and cut points from 20 μm to 20 mm. Customer industries include food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, plastics and recycling as well as paper and pulp manufacturing.
