About the Studio
Keramik Frauke Alber is a ceramics studio in Bremen run by its owner Frauke Alber. The studio produces handcrafted porcelain and ceramic work, including tableware, cups, vases, bowls, vessels and free-standing objects. In addition to its regular programme, the studio produces custom-made pieces and commissioned work that is made specifically for the respective customers. The works can be purchased directly in the studio shop; porcelain pieces are also shipped by post. The light-flooded studio is open to interested visitors after telephone appointment, allowing them to view the production process directly. Frauke Alber is also represented at exhibitions, among others with the group Angewandte Kunst Bremen (AKB) at the Wagenfeldhaus in Bremen, and takes part in open studio events in the Bremen district.
