Keranat GmbH from Bocholt is a factory representative for manufacturers from the tile world and not a manufacturing operation. Since the early 1980s, the core business has been to act as an intermediary between mostly Italian tile works and the German specialized tile trade; sales are made exclusively to commercial customers, not to private customers. The product range comprises five product worlds: residential ceramics (porcelain stoneware for bathroom, kitchen, retail spaces and XXL slabs), garden and balcony ceramics from 2 cm slab thickness, installation systems such as the Pave&Go click system (18 mm indoor / 28 mm outdoor) and pedestal support systems, wall cladding (3D facing tiles, bricks, wood) as well as mosaic made of ceramic, natural stone, aluminium and glass with around 2,000 items in stock in Germany. Services include on-site consultation, presentation of new products in the company's own showroom and in a presentation hall, fast brokering, and professional complaint handling. The family business is run in its second generation by Stefano Onori and his sons Lorenzo, Gianluca and Martino. Since the move at the turn of the year 2014/2015, office, showroom and sample warehouse have been united under one roof in the Bocholt-Holtwick industrial area.
