About KERN & DRIVE
KERN & DRIVE GmbH is a Hungarian engineering office and special-purpose machinery manufacturer founded in 2016 by Arpad Meszaros and based in Győr, specializing in horticultural technology. The company develops and designs potting machines, planting and placing robots as well as other horticultural machines and complete systems including transport systems. Its own product is the MATRIX potting machine family, patented in 2018, featuring a novel functional principle and a simplified mechanical structure for service and maintenance. In addition, KERN & DRIVE manufactures improved and further-developed wear and spare parts such as chains, sprockets, chain sets as well as drive and idler shafts from its own development and production, which are designed to exceed original parts in design and material quality. The service portfolio also includes testing and performance optimization of machines and systems, reverse engineering with the creation of manufacturing drawings for parts that are no longer available, technical and commercial consulting, and project management.
