About KESEL
KESEL Werkzeugmaschinen develops and manufactures CNC special machines for the series production of saw bands, gear racks, steering rack gear racks and drive shaft flanges. The portfolio comprises saw band milling and grinding machines, gear rack milling and grinding machines with a double-table system, automotive milling machines as well as high-pressure machine vises in mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic versions. In addition to individual machines, KESEL delivers complete production lines from a single source, including reel systems for band transport and automation options such as robotic loading and unloading. For tasks without a standard solution, the company offers custom special machine building tailored to material, tooth profile and production volume. With the KESEL Performance Guarantee, cycle time, output and quality are contractually guaranteed. Development and manufacturing take place exclusively in Kempten in the Allgäu region; own locations in North America and Asia provide on-site service and sales. The machines are characterized by repeatability down to the thousandth, Siemens SINUMERIK ONE controls and a design built to last for decades.
