KESLA HYGIENE AG (emerging from KESLA PHARMA WOLFEN GMBH) develops, produces and distributes disinfectants, cleaning agents and hygiene agents as well as medicinal cosmetics. The profile-defining active ingredient is per(acetic) acid (PES), which acts highly efficiently and without residues against bacteria, fungi, viruses and spores and decomposes upon application into active oxygen, water and traces of acetic acid. The product range includes, among others, the Wofasteril line (including classic, SC super, Premium), Wofasept for instrument and surface disinfection, Alcapur as a buffer additive, Aci-nova, Ascarosteril AB as well as Wofacutan body care products. Production takes place according to formulation in the company's own chemical production, including manufacturing-accompanying inspections and packaging of containers of various sizes. The company also offers consulting on product selection, listings with DLG, DVG, VAH and RKI as well as training in chemical and commercial professions. The registered office and production facility are located in Bitterfeld-Wolfen (Saxony-Anhalt), where the disinfectant production tradition of the Farbenfabrik Wolfen is continued.
