Ketterer Kunststofftechnik GmbH is a manufacturer of technical injection-molded parts based in Hausach in the Black Forest. Founded in 1997, the company produces plastic components on more than 30 CNC injection molding machines in 3-shift operation, with clamping forces of up to 5000 kN and shot weights from less than one gram to 1000 grams. Common thermoplastics such as ABS, PA, POM, PP and PC are processed. Together with tooling partners, the company also realizes toolmaking for customer injection-molded parts. Its main industries include the automotive industry (keys, housings, shift paddles), the sanitary industry (adapters, shower handles, drain housings, bases), mechanical engineering (housings, covers, handles) as well as building services (elements for automatic door systems, rollers, covers). On 3500 m² of production and warehouse space, the company employs more than 35 staff. Quality assurance is carried out through quality monitoring in every production phase, statistical process control and regular QM audits.

Founded on 01.11.1997; production start in Zell a.H. with a Battenfeld machine on 52 m² of production space.
- 2000
Move to Hausach into the former building of Armbruster Robotersysteme, initially with 750 m² of production space.

Roughly 15 years after founding: 3500 m² of rented production and warehouse space and more than 35 employees.
