About Kevin Kugel Chocolatier

Kevin Kugel Chocolatier GmbH & Co. KG is a chocolate manufactory founded in 2014 and based in Sindelfingen. The company produces pralines, truffles, chocolate bars, pâtisserie and individual corporate gifts by hand. As one of only a few chocolateries worldwide, it produces its own raw chocolate using the bean-to-bar method: roasting, grinding and conching are carried out in-house from single-variety, organically grown cocoa beans (including Hispaniola from the Dominican Republic and Arriba Nacional from Ecuador), with no added flavourings or lecithins. In addition to its own UNIKAT collection (Single Origin and Single Plantation), the company offers product development and co-development for customers such as Teinacher, Breuninger, Breitling, Lufthansa, Ferrari, Bosch and Mercedes-Benz Group, as well as workshops and expert lectures. Since October 2020, the manufactory has been producing in a newly built chocolaterie in Sindelfingen with open-view production, a café and event spaces; the founding location was Nufringen.
