About KEVO
KEVO GmbH & Co. KG is a specialist in toolmaking and plastic injection molding founded in 1972 and headquartered in Spenge, East Westphalia. The company develops and manufactures injection molds based on modern CAD-CAM programming, partly in-house at the Spenge site and partly in partner companies in China and the surrounding European region according to the company's own KEVO-NORM standard. In its own injection molding production, KEVO processes a broad spectrum of thermoplastics with 18 Arburg injection molding machines – from ABS, PP and PC through engineering plastics such as PA 6, PA 6.6, POM and PPS to TPE-TPU and filled compounds – offering any desired coloration. Parts are produced with part weights up to 820 g (PA 6). The competence chain includes the design of plastics-optimized solutions, toolmaking, injection molding production and quality assurance with 3D scanners. Customers include Miele plants, Stiegelmeyer construction industry and game manufacturers as well as mid-sized industrial companies. Since 2020, the plant has been sourcing 100% green electricity, saving around 590 t of CO₂ annually.

A certified integrated management system (quality, environment, energy) monitors all processes. Injection molded products are precisely checked for dimensions and tolerances using 3D scanners; complex geometries can thus be inspected for defects at an early stage.
