About us
Kexel Kunststofftechnik GmbH was founded in 1999 and manufactures systems, apparatuses, tanks and pipework made of thermoplastics and composite materials in Siershahn and Andernach. The service portfolio includes tank construction in spiral-wound pipe and panel design (PP, PE, PVC, GRP), pipework construction including double-wall pipework, as well as chimney and exhaust system construction. In addition, custom one-offs or small series made of plastics are produced, plastic and laboratory basins made of polypropylene, protective screens made of Makrolon, and pools and swimming pools made of PE. The offering is complemented by rubber lining, acid-resistant masonry lining and tank lining, as well as maintenance and repair work on pickling and finishing systems in the chemical industry. Production takes place in a modernly equipped plastics workshop and through on-site assembly. The main customers are the chemical industry, water and environmental technology, and swimming pool construction.

Quality
Plastic welding is performed in the workshop and during on-site assembly by TÜV-certified welders according to DVS and DVGW, with annual verification by TÜV Rheinland in accordance with WHG 19. In addition, the company operates an occupational health and safety management system (AMS BAU) based on the national guide for occupational health and safety management systems (NLF).
