About KeyRefinder

KeyRefinder is a key protection and lost-and-found service operated by Art Di Como® Design und modische Accessoires GmbH, headquartered in Lauf a. d. Pegnitz. The company sells key fobs and security labels that are registered online via an individual ID number. If an item is lost, the finder can use the reverse side of the fob or label to easily contact KeyRefinder headquarters; the owner is identified and receives the item back, in some cases within one hour, including collection by parcel service worldwide. More than 1,000,000 keys are registered, over 620,000 people carry the fob, and well over 1,600 lost items are returned each year. In addition to private customers, business customers are supplied with individually designed fobs as promotional items. Return shipments are free of charge for the owner, and a guarantee of up to 5 years is provided on returns.
