About Kia Austria

Kia Austria GmbH is a subsidiary of Kia Europe GmbH and represents the Kia brand in the Austrian market. The company operates as general importer and is responsible for business and financial planning, logistics, marketing, quality management and the after-market business, which it coordinates with its dealer partners in Austria. Its range of services also includes fleet management and full-service leasing for corporate customers. Around 50 colleagues from more than five countries work at the Vienna headquarters. Kia itself was founded in 1944 and, together with its sister brand Hyundai, is one of the largest automotive companies in the world; in Europe, Kia employs around 5,000 people, of whom approximately 3,300 work at the production facility in Slovakia. The portfolio includes passenger car models such as Sportage, K4, Seltos, EV2 and EV5 as well as electric light commercial vehicles (PBV) such as the PV5 and PV7.
