About Kienesberger
Kienesberger Maschinen Erzeugungs- und Handels GmbH was founded in 1986 by Karl-Heinz Kienesberger in Braunau as a one-man operation and is today based at its site in St. Peter am Hart, Upper Austria. The company develops, designs and finally manufactures firewood circular saws and table saws (KBS/KBSH series) entirely at its own site, including its own powder coating system for the surface treatment of metal parts. The materials used include steel and plastic. In addition, Kienesberger is a wholesale distributor and general sales agent in Austria for renowned European machine and tool manufacturers, including Atika, Kränzle, Eibenstock, Starmix, Scangrip and Endress; since 2020 the compressor brand toma has also been sold. The products are distributed throughout Europe via specialist retailers; for Iraq, there is a dedicated export and sales company, KIENESBERGER Ltd, in Sulaymaniyah. The site covers a total area of 10,000 m² with a production area, high-bay warehouse, testing and storage hall, and administration center.

Company History
- 1986
Founded by Karl-Heinz Kienesberger in Braunau as a sole proprietorship and one-man operation.
Construction of a company building of approx. 1,000 m² in Braunau; start of in-house production of firewood circular saws; distribution partnerships with Atika, Kränzle and Hämmerlin.
Conversion into Kienesberger Maschinen Erzeugungs- und Handels GmbH.
Relocation to St. Peter am Hart; 10,000 m² total area; production area with powder coating system, high-bay warehouse and administration center.
Comprehensive modernization of the powder coating system.
Foundation of the export and sales company KIENESBERGER Ltd in Sulaymaniyah (Iraq); exclusive licenses for Novoferm and TEDEX.
