About us
Kieselbach Maschinenbauteile GmbH was founded in 1991 and is a supplier for global series-part sourcing of metal products. The company supplies custom drawing-based parts, cast and forged parts, welded and fabricated parts, and assemblies in lot sizes from small series to large series. The range of services includes machining, gear cutting and thread rolling, cast steel and sand casting, die casting/permanent mold casting, investment casting and gravity die casting, robotic welding, stamping, forging, and partial or complete assembly. To ensure quality, the company continuously invests in production lines and machinery; in addition, quality assurance is carried out during ongoing production. A spacious warehouse for customer-specific stockholding, day-precise delivery with exchangeable load carriers, and order picking secure the supply. Customers include companies in medical technology, agricultural machinery, construction, commercial vehicle engineering, conveying technology, mechanical engineering, solar technology, and office furniture. The company has its headquarters with warehouse in Soest (Westphalia) as well as a logistics location in Hamburg.

Manufacturing processes and materials
Cast steel (unalloyed and low- to high-alloy)
Iron-carbon alloys, partly alloyed with chromium, nickel, molybdenum, vanadium or tungsten, as base material for castings (e.g. G42CrMo4).
Sand casting (sand mold process)
Casting process based on the lost-mold principle for metal castings.
Die casting / permanent mold casting
Industrial casting process for materials with low melting point for series and mass production of fabricated parts.
Investment casting / gravity die casting
Lost-wax process for small to very small castings with high dimensional accuracy and reduced post-processing.
Forging steels / forging
Chipless forming by pressing with low material loss and targeted modification of the microstructure.
Machining
Chip-removing manufacturing processes for custom metal parts.
Gear cutting (gear shaping, gear hobbing, broaching, gear planing, shaving,
Rough and fine machining of gears and gear teeth before and after heat treatment.
Thread rolling
Chipless cold forming of threads by rolling the profile into the blank surface.
Robotic welding / welding
Permanent joining of metal parts, mainly for large quantities of identical assemblies.
Assembly of assemblies
Partial or complete assembly of individual components into assemblies at higher product levels.
