About Kieswerk Egli AG
Kieswerk Egli AG is a regional gravel and concrete plant in Riedikon in the canton of Zurich. The company extracts gravel from a nearby gravel pit of its own, washes and fractionates the material and produces certified aggregates to SN EN 12620 for concrete and road construction. In the recycling sector, the plant accepts concrete demolition material, rock and gravel material as well as excavated material and topsoil, and processes them into certified recycled construction materials such as RC gravel mixtures and concrete granulate. For on-site use, a mobile impact crusher Kleemann MOBIREX MR 130 EVO2 is available. In its own concrete plant, the company produces concrete mixes to individual requirements – recycled concrete, structural and civil engineering concrete, crane and pump concrete as well as toppings – certified to SN EN 206. The range is complemented by transport services with its own vehicle fleet. Customers come from civil and road engineering, building construction as well as earthworks and demolition.

Quality and certification
The in-house production control for concrete is certified to SN EN 206:2013 + A2:2021 by the SÜGB (certificate SCESp 0093-04607, first issued on 14.07.2015). Aggregates are monitored under System 2+ by the notified certification body NB 2115 (SÜGB); product performance is determined by the accredited testing laboratory Consultest AG (STS 0091).
