About KIGA Kunststofftechnik
KIGA Kunststofftechnik GmbH, based in Wilnsdorf (South Westphalia), has been developing and manufacturing plastic transport and storage solutions since 1986. The portfolio includes plastic pallets in various sizes (including the Euro pallet 800 × 1200 mm, industrial pallets, display and special sizes), stacking frames such as the foldable KIGAFRAME, folding boxes, crates and containers, spill containment trays, ESD products and load securing pallets such as KIGA-Multi and KIGA-FIXit with integrated steel profiles. The core process is deep-draw thermoforming; pallet production takes place on hydraulic presses with silo-based material supply. KIGA relies 98 % on recycled materials and also manufactures custom workpiece carriers and special load carriers in the smallest batch sizes. Products can be marked with logos, numbers or barcodes on request. Customer industries include the automotive industry, wholesale and retail trade, the food, pharmaceutical, solar and electrical industries, and mechanical and tool engineering.
