About KILIVATIONS
KILIVATIONS is an automation company founded in 2018 by Jonas Kilian, based in Weil im Schönbuch near Stuttgart. The company develops, designs and builds customized systems and robotics solutions for industrial manufacturing – from consulting and concept design through construction to commissioning and operator training. The focus is on robot automation of lathes (including CMZ), machine loading, testing automation, deburring, laser needle and laser marking, inline measurement with measuring probes, singulation with Flexfeeders, and material flow with automated guided vehicles (AGVs). KILIVATIONS modernizes existing systems through retrofits, including PLC and robot program optimization and cycle time reduction. Its own product lines, such as the mobile robot platform Käpsale, the SLIM and Integrated robot columns, and the Universal Cell as a protective enclosure for up to three robots, form flexible building blocks for single cells through to complete production lines, including 24/7 ghost-shift operation. KILIVATIONS works for mechanical engineering, metalworking, shipbuilding, building security, the defense industry, plastics/injection molding, healthcare, woodworking and the food sector (seal parts), and is geared toward small and medium-sized enterprises.
