Kipp Elektro GmbH is a family business founded in 1978 and headquartered in Empfingen (Freudenstadt district), today run by the second generation under Philipp Kipp. The company implements electrical installations and building automation for customers from industry, the construction sector, the public sector and private customers – from consulting and planning through complete execution to final acceptance and commissioning. The service areas include building technology, industrial technology, Smart Building/Smart Home, energy and security technology, with KNX-based building automation forming a focus. Reference projects include, among others, a single-family home in Empfingen (completed 2021) with fully automated shading, lighting and heating control as well as the Empfingen day-care centre (completed 2023) with demand-based, daylight-dependent control.
