Operating as an independent company since 01.01.2015, the firm manufactures needle holder plates and carbide rasps with ground-in toothing. On specially developed, specialized grinding machines, toothings in various sizes, shapes and pitches are ground into carbide plates and rasps – up to 2,500 pyramids per square centimeter. The product range includes needle holder plates in rectangular, conical and special shapes in various sizes and thicknesses as well as rasps in two shapes. Customers are manufacturers and repair shops of surgical instruments such as needle holders, bone rasps, scissors and tweezers in Germany, Europe and worldwide. The quality management system is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015; material certificates are supplied with the products.
