About Kirschbaum Maschinenbau
Kirschbaum Maschinenbau has specialised since 1984 in machining-based and welding-based mechanical and fixture engineering. The company manufactures spare parts to drawing, sample or measurement when sourcing original parts is time-consuming, expensive or no longer possible. Its range of services extends from planning and design through manufacturing to repair and maintenance. In the machining area, an Okuma LB15II-M CNC lathe with driven tools and a Mikron VCE 800W 3-axis drilling and milling centre are used, complemented by conventional lathes, drills and saws. CAD/CAM data in formats such as IGES, VDA, DXF, DWG, STEP and Parasolid can be taken in directly and processed. In addition to machining, which forms the core focus, one-off custom parts with unit weights of up to one tonne are produced using TIG, MIG, MAG and electrode welding.
