Kitchen & Brew (Die Brauerei)

About the Brewery

Kitchen & Brew operates a craft brewery in Allschwil with an attached factory store. The range includes beers such as Everyday Blond, Farmhouse Ale (2.3 vol%), the alcohol-free Windstill series (Hell, Wit, Pale Ale, Irish Red, NEIPA, Cacao Porter) as well as very limited editions such as Kellerbier, Session White IPA and Bière des Rois Session Ale, some as Barrel Aged Editions. The beers are available in 33cl bottles, large bottles, gift boxes as well as original glasses and T-shirts. Sales take place via the factory store (Mon–Fri during the day, Wednesdays until 22:00) and a webshop shipping throughout Switzerland. Every Wednesday and Thursday, Kitchen & Brew evenings take place with food offerings such as pizza and dumplings; on occasion, tours with brewers, brewmasters and brewery founders are offered, as well as events such as the Spring Festival and Swiss Beer Day.
