About KiviCore

KiviCore GmbH is a deep-tech company founded in Dresden in 2023, specializing in the security of embedded systems. The company develops Security IP Cores, products and solution packages for FPGA-, ASIC- and microcontroller-based systems entirely in-house in Europe. The portfolio includes cryptographic building blocks such as hashing, encryption, authentication and post-quantum cryptography as well as secure bootloader software for FPGA-based systems. In addition, KiviCore offers engineering services along the entire product lifecycle: from risk analysis, compliance and gap analyses (including the Cyber Resilience Act) through security architecture and hardware/software co-design to integration, prototyping and simulation-based security testing including side-channel analysis. Supported platforms include FPGA SoCs from Altera, AMD/Xilinx, Efinix, Lattice and Microchip as well as ARM- and RISC-V-based SoC systems. Customers come from semiconductor and ASIC design houses, FPGA/embedded electronics and industrial electronics. The company was founded by Dr. Frank Deicke and Dr. Andreas Weder, who previously worked at the Fraunhofer Society and draw on more than 20 years of experience in the development of embedded systems and IP cores.
