Franz X. Kibler founds a mechanical workshop on Wurzacherstraße in Bad Waldsee.
- 1922
Construction of an agricultural machinery workshop on Hittisweilerstraße; later a manufacturing operation for agricultural crane systems and an agricultural machinery trade.
Heiner Kibler (grandson of the founder) leads the restructuring into a car dealership with sales/service of Mitsubishi commercial vehicles; takeover of a Citroën service contract.
