About us
KIWITZ GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 1995 for the manufacture of press tools for the production of screws, connecting and cold-formed parts; it was initially based in Korschenbroich and is now located in Willich-Schiefbahn. The company machines steel and carbide and produces press dies, reducing dies, cold extrusion dies, backing plates, serration dies, pre-forming and finishing punches, head discs, ELI inserts, segment tools in 4/5/6- and 8-sided versions, segments as well as special shapes according to specification and drawing. The machine park includes CNC turning, 5-axis CNC milling, CNC wire EDM in a water bath, sinker EDM and conventional machining machines; tools are supplied with or without CVD/PVD hard coating. In addition, Kiwitz manufactures turned and milled parts for the steel and mechanical engineering sector. Customers include globally operating corporations from the automotive supply industry, the energy sector and mechanical engineering.
