About KLANZ Plantcare
KLANZ Plantcare has been developing and producing purely mineral-based substrates made of pumice, lava and zeolite for over 20 years. The product range includes mineral substrates (including Vulkastrat, Vulkaponic, Vulkagran), granulated zeolite-containing NPK fertilizers and soil improvers such as Bodenaktivator (soil activator) and Premiumkalk (premium lime). The raw materials are extracted in the Eastern Eifel and processed directly at the extraction site in the Koblenz-Neuwied Basin; the washed pumice used comes from the company's own group. With more than 20 formulations for different application areas as well as custom special blends, KLANZ serves botanical gardens, interior greening companies, horticultural businesses and retailers in Europe and worldwide. Packaging is available in container sizes from 1 to 40 liters, with delivery in bulk, in big bags or as bagged goods – including silo trucks with hose conveying and sea containers. The substrates are tested by LUFA Nord-West and examined according to the FLL interior greening guideline.

Every step of the production process is subject to strict controls to ensure a very low fines content. The substrates are tested by LUFA Nord-West and examined for suitability according to the FLL interior greening guideline; the zeolite-containing NPK fertilizers are also regularly checked.
