About Klarsoft

Klarsoft AG, based in Chur, specialises in the development, sale, training and support of software solutions for accounting, time tracking and tax declaration. The company emerged on 1 October 2012 from the firm carigiet EDV, whose roots go back to hartmann EDV, founded in 1983. In-house developments include SIEMI (time tracking and invoicing) as well as TAX SOFTware for tax declaration in the canton of Graubünden; in addition, the official tax declaration software SofTax GR is distributed. As a complement, Klarsoft AG offers products from partner companies, including Infoniqa ONE 50, Topal and blue office, as well as its own cloud offering in cooperation with CompuTech Informatik AG. The eleven-member team primarily serves SMEs and fiduciary companies in Switzerland and also supports customers via remote maintenance. Since April 2023, Heinz Niederer has led the company as owner and managing director.
