About KBh

Klaus Brummernhenrich GmbH & Co. KG (KBh) is a family-owned company in Bad Salzuflen (East Westphalia) and has been manufacturing customer-specific plastic parts in compact injection moulding since 1972. Its range of services covers plastics-optimised product development, design and construction of series production tools in its own in-house toolmaking, contract injection moulding in three-shift operation on 45 machines (clamping force 10 t to 500 t), rapid prototyping as well as finishing through printing, painting, laser engraving and metallisation, through to assembly and kitting. Common thermoplastics from ABS to TPE are processed, including glass-fibre-reinforced PA6 and UL-certified materials with V0 flame-retardant properties. Part weights range from 0.05 g to 1,600 g, with volumes from approx. 5,000 to 50,000,000 units per year. Key industries include furniture, electrical engineering, sanitary, packaging, construction, industry and automotive. Production takes place at two sites in Bad Salzuflen: Plant I on Daimlerstraße and Plant II on Industriestraße with headquarters, toolmaking, design and product development.
