Metal processing from a single source – since 1980

Klaus-D. Neus GmbH is a metal industry service provider based in Siegen, specialising in contract manufacturing, partial and complete production in metal engineering and processing. Its range of services includes CAD design, material procurement and consulting, machining, CNC and plasma flame cutting, welding using all common techniques, and the assembly of finished assemblies including material inspection. The plant capacity allows the machining of workpieces up to 15 x 3 x 4 metres with a total weight of up to 15 tonnes; products include machine stands, machine bodies and machine beds, housings, gearboxes, frames, oil tanks and brackets. The machine park includes, among others, SORALUCE milling and boring machines (TL25, FS 6000), a DECKEL MAHO 5-axis universal milling machine DMU 10 and a CNC flame cutting machine ECKERT ONYX 2500. The entire order processing takes place in-house – from the drawing to the finished assembly. Customers come mainly from mechanical engineering and metal processing.
