About Us
Klaus Engel Planungsbüro für Stahlbau - Industriebau GmbH is a design office for technical specialized planning in steel and industrial construction, located in Neumünster in the center of Schleswig-Holstein. Since 1987, the four-person team has been planning and constructing steel structures for commercial, industrial, and plant engineering applications, including halls, high racks, pipe and bridge structures, reformer furnaces, cooling towers, as well as architecturally demanding structures. Services include planning and consulting, design services in CAD (Bocad Steel), and construction tasks. Clients routinely receive complete manufacturing documents such as assembly and individual part drawings, assembly lists, anchor plans, bills of materials, 3D views, and NC data according to DSTV standard, as well as handover files for SteelOffice. 3D model exchange is carried out via interfaces (.ifc, .stp, .wrl). Projects have been implemented in Germany as well as internationally, including in Canada and Finland, with component weights ranging from 15 t (tank station roof) to 2,500 t (shopping center).
