Family-owned company for turned and milled parts since 1964
KLAUS-MASCHINENBAU GmbH & Co. KG is a family-owned company founded in 1964 in Kindsbach in the West Palatinate region, manufacturing turned and milled parts for series production. The range of services covers machining from bar stock (12 to 80 mm diameter) and from chuck parts up to ø 200 mm, as well as 3-axis and 5-axis milling up to 400×400×400 mm in a single setup. For large production runs, custom-configured production lines and CNC rotary indexing machines with up to 36 CNC axes are used, automated with loading and unloading robots. All machinable materials are processed, in particular steel, aluminium, high-alloy stainless steels, non-ferrous metals and plastics, both from solid stock and in the form of castings and forgings. Clamping and measuring fixtures as well as automation are designed and manufactured in-house in 3D-CAD. The main customers are the automotive and supply industries, mechanical engineering, the electrical, textile, footwear and chemical industries, and the skilled trades.
