About Klein GmbH
Klein GmbH, based in Wertheim, has been developing and manufacturing rotary unions as well as CNC turning and milling parts to customer drawings since 1963. With 15 CNC machining centers in 3- and 5-axis technology and approximately 1,800 m² of production space, turned parts up to Ø 300 mm and milled parts up to 400 × 1,000 mm are produced – from prototype to series production. The special expertise includes explosion-proof components (ATEX compliant) as well as rotary unions in four series with 1 to 8 channels, up to 30 bar, 110 °C and 2,500 rpm. The value chain includes CAD design, CAM programming, heat treatment, galvanic and chemical surface finishing, and assembly of assemblies up to 1 m³ in volume. Materials used are stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, brass and plastics. Customers come from mechanical engineering, apparatus engineering, automotive, automation technology and other industries; deliveries are made worldwide.
