About KleRo
KleRo GmbH Roboterautomation was founded in 2005 in Berlin as a specialist industrial automation company and specialises in automating recurring processes through mobile and stationary robotics. The portfolio covers the entire process chain, from concept development, engineering and robot simulation to programming of industrial robots, PLC and safety technology, through to electrical and mechatronic assembly, commissioning, maintenance and training. A separate business unit for additive manufacturing offers the complete process chain in 3D printing: In the metal sector, the company works with powder-based laser melting (DMLS/DMLM, Concept Laser Series 4+, build volume 250 x 250 x 380 mm) using materials such as 1.4404, 17-4 PH, 1.2709 and Inconel 718; in the plastics sector, the DLP process (3D Systems Figure 4) is used for prototypes, models and smallest to small-scale series. The control technology department programs PLC systems from Siemens, Beckhoff, B&R, OMRON and Schneider Electric as well as lighting control systems for exhibition halls and events (KNX, DALI, DMX). The 27-person team serves industries ranging from industry and automotive to medical and healthcare, laboratories, aerospace, electronics and the creative sector. The company is certified to ISO 9001:2015.
