About us
Klichta Rohstoffe und Recycling GmbH & Co. KG is a family-run certified waste management company based in Freudenberg with over 75 years of experience in metal recycling, scrap and raw material trading as well as disposal. Founded in 1950, the company covers the entire recycling process: provision of containers from 0.3 to 40 m³, collection and transport with its own vehicle fleet, dismantling and shredding of plants and machinery, sorting and material-pure processing, as well as recovery and environmentally sound disposal. Treated materials include steel scrap, iron, non-ferrous metals, cables and other recyclable materials; in addition, the company operates wholesale with iron ores and iron and steel semi-finished products. Processing is carried out with its own large shear, electric excavators and crane loading up to 32 tonnes and forklift capacity up to 12 tonnes. A 500 kWp photovoltaic system at the Asdorfer Straße site saves around 480 tonnes of CO₂ per year. Customers include industrial, commercial and private customers in the region.
