About Klingel GmbH

Founded in 1978, Klingel GmbH is an owner-managed company headquartered in Waiblingen near Stuttgart, specialising in the manufacture of demanding aluminium and magnesium components. Its service portfolio covers machining and CNC manufacturing with tolerances in the μm range, honing, prototype construction, single-part and spare-part production as well as small, medium and large series of up to 1 million units per year. In addition to machining, the company also brokers cast parts such as die castings, sand castings and permanent mould castings as well as extruded profiles, impact-extruded and forged parts made of aluminium, and acts as a development and innovation partner from the first concept to series production. Core customers come from the automotive/vehicle manufacturing and hydraulics sectors; in 2025, a first project outside the automotive sector was added with the CNC manufacturing of hydraulic cylinder housings for occupant restraint systems. On a production area of around 9,200 m², the company employs about 160 staff and generated revenue of around €32 million in the 23/24 fiscal year.
