About us
Klinger GmbH, headquartered in Regensburg, is a specialized restoration company in the field of rising damp control and building restoration. Its range of services includes wall sawing methods, borehole, wall-surface and curtain injections, cavity filling and masonry grouting, wall drying, exterior and interior waterproofing, restoration plaster works, dry rot and mould treatment, living climate panels as well as concrete repair, crack and joint grouting, floor coating, sandblasting works and masonry investigations with core drilling. Before every measure, the moisture and salt content of the masonry is determined using modern analysis equipment and core samples; subsequently, suitable waterproofing and drying methods are applied with tested building materials such as HDPE barrier plates, injection agents and restoration plaster systems. Customers include architecture and engineering offices, construction companies, public institutions, property management companies and private builders. Since its foundation in 2001, hundreds of objects have been restored, including the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs in Berlin, the Paulaner headquarters building in Munich and the marinaFORUM Regensburg.

Plastic barrier plate inserted into the horizontal saw cut during the wall sawing method to interrupt capillary moisture rise.
Injection agent
Capillary-densifying, hydrophobizing injection agents for horizontal waterproofing using borehole, wall-surface and curtain injection methods.
Injection mortar
Material-compatible injection mortar for filling cavities and cracks in masonry.
Restoration plaster
