About Klocke Nanotechnik

Klocke Nanotechnik GmbH develops, manufactures and distributes nanorobotics including analytics, software and electronics as well as consulting in this field. Based on an invention from the Jülich Research Centre, Dr. Volker Klocke and his team developed the patented Nanomotor, which enables positioning strokes of up to several centimeters at atomic resolution. The product portfolio comprises nanopositioning systems and nanorobotics manipulators, the Nanoworkbench as an SEM/FIB workbench configuration, micro production systems as well as the 3D-Nanofinger, a MEMS sensor for profiles with nanometer resolution on a centimeter scale. From more than 200 components, solutions such as ultra-sharp profilometers, micro tensile testing machines, wafer probers or universal testing benches can be configured. Founded in 1992 and headquartered in Jülich, the company serves international customers in electron microscopy, nanotechnology research and micro production and is represented via agents in China, the United Kingdom, India and Israel.
