Kloeckner Siebmaschinen (Siebwerk.de) has been developing and manufacturing screening machines and conveying technology for more than 35 years — or, according to its own statement, for over 40 years. The product portfolio includes semi-mobile screening plants of the KS 2015 and KS 3012 series for landscaping and road construction, the KS 2340 LMSRA track ballast cleaning system for use on railway lines, as well as special and custom-built machines. The track ballast cleaning machine can be deployed on or next to the track during short track closure periods and is considered a compact, lightweight complete system for ballast cleaning. Production takes place as certified welding production according to DIN EN ISO 3834 and EN ISO 9606. In addition, the company offers consulting, machine rental options, support with permitting procedures, and a five-year warranty on the machines (except wear parts).
