About Klöpfer

Klöpfer GmbH & Co. KG is a family-owned construction company founded in 1949 by Jakob Klöpfer in Winnenden and now run in its third generation. The company covers the entire value chain in infrastructure construction: civil engineering, road construction, sewer construction and sewer rehabilitation, pipe jacking works, excavation and earthmoving, as well as retaining wall construction. In addition, Klöpfer operates quarries for the extraction of mineral raw materials, production facilities for quality building materials including a sales organisation, and plants for the disposal and reprocessing of building materials. Asphalt production from bitumen and mineral aggregates is part of the service portfolio, as is the distribution of its own building materials. With around 350 employees across the entire group, Klöpfer operates in the Stuttgart region and far beyond. Current reference projects include the sewer replacement on Augsburger Straße in Stuttgart-Untertürkheim (approx. €7 million contract volume) and the upgrade of district road K 1914 between Baach and Bürg (approx. €5.5 million).
