KLOSE Maschinenbau GmbH is a family business based in Hemer, now run by the second generation. The focus is on the design and construction of machines for screw manufacturing, including multi-stage presses, double-strike presses, flat die (jaw) presses and long shank screw presses, as well as roller and wing straightening machines. In addition, the company carries out maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance and the overhaul, conversion and modernization of wire processing machines – including machines manufactured by third parties. Before an overhaul, the current condition is analyzed and customers receive a quotation as a basis for deciding between new investment and refurbishment. The tailor-made machines are developed and built on the basis of a specification of services or a requirements specification. Customers come from wire processing and screw manufacturing (fastener industry).
