About Klosterbräu Bamberg
Klosterbräu Bamberg is a traditional brewery with an inn in Bamberg's mill district in the heart of the old town. As the former Prince-Bishopric brown beer house, it has been the oldest brewing site in Bamberg since 1533 and part of Bamberg's beer culture. The company brews beer using artisanal brewing craftsmanship and at the same time operates an inn serving Franconian home-style cooking as well as a beer garden directly on the Regnitz river with tiered terraces. The offering includes brewery tours, table reservations and a menu. Klosterbräu caters to gastronomy guests as well as lovers of traditional beer specialties from the Bamberg region and beyond.
