About Klüber Lubrication
Klüber Lubrication is a specialty lubricant manufacturer headquartered in Munich. The company develops and produces tribological solutions – lubricating oils, greases and specialty products – for industrial and professional applications, accompanied by technical consulting and custom development. Founded in 1929 by Theodor Klüber as a retail firm for mineral oil products, the company has belonged to the Freudenberg Group since 1966 and, together with Chem-Trend and OKS, forms the Freudenberg Chemical Specialities business group. In 2008 the group comprised around 30 subsidiaries with 14 production sites and approximately 1,800 employees; in 2020, Traxit International, a drawing compound manufacturer from Schwelm, was added. The sales network extends across Europe, North and South America, Africa and the Asia-Pacific region.
