About us
Kluttig Präzisionsteile e.K. is a supplier specialized in machining, based in the Zittau-Pethau industrial area. The company manufactures turned and milled parts to drawing in small and medium batch sizes for customers from precision mechanics and optics, mechanical engineering, and valve and pressure equipment technology. Parts are made from non-ferrous metals such as brass, stainless steel, aluminium, titanium and engineering plastics; steel parts are not part of the production program. The CNC precision lathes and CNC machining centers are equipped with direct measuring systems (glass scales) in order to achieve consistently high manufacturing accuracy and runout accuracy as well as tolerance classes down to IT5. In addition to design and development of components, the company handles material procurement including material certificates, quality assurance, packaging, and the arrangement of surface finishing through high-performance partners. The 18-person team serves customers mainly in Germany and Switzerland.
