About us
KMB Maschinenbau GmbH is an owner-managed machine manufacturer in Bückeburg (district of Schaumburg) and has been producing for mechanical and plant engineering companies since 2004. The portfolio includes CNC contract manufacturing with milling up to 5 simultaneous axes, turning and grinding, large-part machining on the Soraluce FL 8000 travelling-column milling machine with 8,000 mm travel in a single setup and workpiece weights up to 12 t, welded constructions in steel and stainless steel (TIG, MIG, MAG, plasma), sheet metal working, industrial painting, sand/glass bead blasting as well as assembly and commissioning. The in-house engineering office designs in Siemens NX, programs CAM with TopSolid and produces prototypes by 3D printing. Repair and spare parts manufacturing including the complete remanufacture of entire assemblies rounds off the offering. With 16 employees on 1,500 m² of production space, the company serves, among others, the container glass and stoneware pipe industries, railway technology, automotive and vehicle engineering and general mechanical engineering – from precision parts to series production.
